Prevent Handover and Lock on Method
There are few steps to do in order to combine this method
Setting Up the connected phone (handset) “usually MS2”
Setting Up the idle phone (handset) “usually MS1”
The bottom line of this method is to prevent others BCCH channels from being a target HO of our site, by putting the unwanted BCCH channels on the target cannels field.
And then we lock the idle mode channels by using lock on function, so when the phone is scanning the band, it will choose only the targeted BCCH.
