How to switch on/off the Power Control parameter .

1. Login OMC-R client NetNumen-G;(or ISMG software)
2. Select View（or Performance management in ISMG） Configuration Management from main interface of NetNumen-G after successful login, enter Configuration Management interface.
3. Select the node of the site in the navigator tree in the left pane. Find the three sectors belonging to the site, and double-click the power control node of one sector to open corresponding parameters interface in the right pane as shown in the figure 1. Enter the other parameters interface.
4. Change the value of Downlink power control allowed to NO.
5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for the other two sectors.
After DT test finished, call the BSC engineer to switch on the Power control again.
This parameter determines whether to enable or disable BTS downlink power control in the cell, if this parameter is enable during the test, then the RxLev near by the cell (depend on TA)will be lessen than the actuall RxLev achieved.
